Working Principle:
 
The machine works on the three-way principle to adjust the filling quantity that a cylinder drives a piston and a rolling valve to draw out and output the fluid, and then the magnetic switch controls the journey of the piston.

Using  pneumatic control , this machine owns a wide application scope, simple measuring regulation, good shape and convenient cleaning, also suitable for the explosion-proof unit.
 
1.Reasonable design, compact shape with easy oparetion.
   
2.The machine adopts AirTac pneumatic components and parts contacting the material all made of 316L stainless steel, meeting the GMP requirements and food grade.
            
3.According to your specific requirements, filling volume, filling and speed can be adjustable. Filling accuracy is ±0.8% .               
          
4. Anti-drip, Anti-drawing system and lifting filling device are used in filling valve.
